γ-酮酯非对映异构体的合成研究

摘要 在铜盐催化剂的作用下,重氮苯乙酸甲酯与β-甲基或苯基取代的烯胺发生新型加成反应,合成得到较高产率的一对γ-酮酯非对映异构体,两种非对映异构体比例达到2∶1。 The high yield of γ-keto esters as a mixture of two diastereomers were synthesized by the reaction of β-methyl or phenyl substituted enamines with aryldiazoacetate using copper complexes as catalyst. The di astereomer ratio of the product was 2 : 1.
