摘要
以多晶硅残液和赤泥为主要原料,制得了水处理絮凝剂——聚合氯化铝;对盐酸质量分数、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件进行了优化,并将其用于高岭土模拟废水的絮凝处理。结果表明,在盐酸质量分数为15%、反应时间为60min、反应温度为80℃的条件下,制得的聚合氯化铝各项指标符合国家标准,对高岭土模拟废水的浊度去除率达到80%以上。
Using polysilicon residual liquid and red mud as the main raw materials, polyaluminum chloride was prepared in the paper. The preparation conditions such as mass fraction of hydrochloric acid ,reaction time, reaction temperature were optimized, and it was successfully used to flocculating the simulated Kaolin wastewater. The results showed that the polyaluminum chloride prepared by 15% hydrochloric acid at 80 ℃C for 60 min met the national standard,and the turbidity removal rate of simulated Kaolin wastewater reached up to 80%.
