摘要 在双变量交-交变频器控制中,晶闸管触发时刻和脉冲后沿时刻是需要实时精确确定的参数.针对目前查表法求取晶闸管触发时刻的缺点,提出一种用于无环流相控交-交变频器的触发脉冲前沿时刻α和触发脉冲宽度β的量化算法.该算法具有占内存小、速度快、易于实现等优点.理论分析和试验结果表明,该量化算法可以提高交-交变频输出电压电流波形的正弦度和对称度. The angle α and the pulse width β of SCR are accurate parameters used in Double-Variable Control Theory (TVCT) AC-AC VVVF system. This paper introduces the fundamental principle of TVCT and puts for- ward a quantization algorithm of the angle α and the pulse width β. Using the TVCT and the quantization algo- rithm, the converter does not need a device for zero-crossing detection. Due to the inherent complexity along with high accuracy and good real time requirements of AC-AC VVVF system, one kind of frequency variable speed regulating control system based on microprocessor and CPLD is designed. The system based on the quantization algorithm is implemented. Finally, the corresponding experiment results of the system are corried to out verify the validity of the presented scheme.
