西门子MULTIMOBIL系列床旁机故障分析与处理

Analysis and management of breakdown in bedside Siemens MULTIMOBIL machine

目的:快速、准确地完成西门子MULTIMOBIL系列床旁机故障的维修。方法:结合维修手册的电路图,进行电路分析,缩小故障范围,查出故障部件并对其进行更换。结果:详述了设备故障部分的电路原理及相关电压、波形参数,快速查找到故障部位并及时修复。结论:引起该设备故障的原因大部分是由于电路板接插件松动,回路电阻增大,导致损坏部分元器件,对于经常移动的医疗设备,经常检查和做一些紧固工作是必要的。

Objective： To maintain the faulty equipment fast and accurately. Methods： We analyzed the electrocircuit with circuit diagram of maintain manual to narrow the fault range, ascertain the faulty component and replace it. Results： We depicted the circuity principle and voltage parameter in great detail, ascertained and fixed the faulty component fleetly. Conclusion： The most equipment malfunctions is caused by loose of the circuit board and components, which augment the loop resistance and spoil some components. So it is necessary to check and do some tilzhtenin~ work regularly.
