摘要
企业社会责任是指企业在能够承受的范围之内,在实现自身利益最大化的同时,还应承担起对利益相关者的各项责任。企业的社会责任是时代赋予思想政治工作的新内容,在市场经济高速发展的今天,思想政治工作在推动企业承担社会责任过程中,必须走创新之路:培育"共创"、"共享"的价值观;树立"顾客至上"观;灌输自然环境伦理观;塑造企业伦理精神,实施企业伦理战略等,以期实现推动企业承担社会责任的良好效果。
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a term that defines that corporations are not only responsi- ble for making profits and maximizing returns to its shareholders, but should also take into consideration all other stakeholders' interests. As a new element of the ideological and political work, CSR poses new requirements on i- deological and political workers who must be creative enough to be able to help corporations shoulder corporate so- cial responsibility. Accordingly, following approaches are recommended:encouraging cooperation and sharing; stressing the idea of " Customer First" ;teaching the environmental ethics;building corporate ethics and developing corporate ethics strategies.
