随着20世纪60年代末学生运动的失败,马克思主义研究在西方陷入低潮。但一股新兴的马克思主义思潮———分析的马克思主义于70年代末"横空出世",再次引起了西方理论界对马克思主义的关注。分析的马克思主义于这时的兴起并不是偶然的,它是马克思主义发展逻辑自然延伸与社会以及学术环境的"左转"后碰撞的结果。

With the failure of the students＇ movement in the late 1960s, the research into Marxism didn＇ t remain a heated field in the West. However, a newly-emerging Marxist thought - analytic Marxism came into being in the late 1970s, which drew much attention to Marxism once again in the western theoretical circle. The rise of analytic Marxism at that time is not an accidental event, but the result of natural extension of logical development of Marxism and the left-turn collision of society and academic environment.
