A Linguistics Approach to the Three Prominent Types of Sonnets

对三类主要的十四行诗进行语言学比较可知,三类十四行诗之间的区别表现在两个层面上:主题的层面和韵律感的层面。它们都拥有各自不同的节奏韵律和描述主题的方式。

Based on the comparison between the three prominent types of Sonnets from the linguistics perspective,this paper holds that the differences between the three types of sonnets may manifest themselves at two levels： thematic level and rhythmical level.Each of them has the different metrical rhythmical form and different way to develop the theme.
