How to strengthen college counselor＇s occupational happiness is a systematic project.Based upon the analysis of the factors which have a strong hold on college counselor＇s occupational happiness,the paper holds that the efficient ways to strengthen college counselor＇s occupational happiness rest upon the following four aspects： humanistic care and help,economic backing,occupational skill training,multiple choice of professional development.Furthermore,other measures also include the following five aspects： the correct understanding of occupational role,the reasonable professional expectation,perfect social backing system,self-cultivation and enjoyment of one＇s occupation.
