论微格教学的“微”与“格”

关于微格教学的特点,不少研究者有不同的概括。本文认为,微格教学的特点与实质就在"微"与"格"两个字上:"微"体现的是微格教学内容"精细化"的特点;"格"体现的是微格教学形式"程式化"的特点。把握了"微"与"格"也就掌握了微格教学。

On microteaching,many researchers have a variety of sumarries.The article believes that microteaching focuses on the ＂micro＂ and ＂pattern＂.＂Micro＂ embodies differentiation in the microteaching contents;＂ pattern ＂ embodies stylization in the microteaching form.We will master the microteaching if we grasp the ＂ micro＂ and ＂ pattern ＂.
