摘要
毕业生就业工作,对地方新建本科院校而言更加重要。地方新建本科院校毕业生就业难的症结主要在于办学模式不当造成毕业生没有相对的就业优势,培养与需求存在偏差,供需双方的认识误区;院校就业服务体系欠缺。为破解就业难题,地方新建本科院校应着力采取几点措施:第一,明确定位,办出特色,增强服务地方的意识;第二,加大投入,加强调研,探索更加有效的就业指导模式;第三,挖掘潜力,凝聚力量,全面促进毕业生顺利稳定就业;第四,做好跟踪调查,维护市场,全力提高毕业生就业质量和信誉度。
The employment work of graduates is more important to the new local undergraduate universities.In the new local undergraduate university,graduates employment difficult crux lies mainly in the mode of running a school graduates have not caused by improper relative advantages of employment,training and demand existence deviation,the supply and demand sides of the understanding error;universities employment service system is lack.In order to solve the employment problem,the new local undergraduate universities should strive to take several measures: first,clear positioning,run a distinguishing feature,enhance the service sense of place;second,increase investment,strengthen the research,exploring more effective employment guidance mode;third,mining latent capacity,condense force,promote stable employment of graduates;fourth well,tracking,maintenance of the market,to improve the graduates' employment quality and credibility.
