摘要
新升本科院校中层干部队伍建设关系到这些院校能否建设成为合格的本科院校。目前,这支队伍存在一些不容忽视的问题,如:思想不稳定,工作不到位,干部基础薄弱,观念素质欠缺等问题。因此,需要完善干部竞争激励机制,建立科学的考核评估体系,通过加强后备干部队伍培训和管理等路径,建设出适合新形势需要的中层干部队伍。
In Newly Upgraded Universities,the construction of middle-level cadre team is in relation to that these universities can become qualified undergraduate universities.At present,the team has some problems that cannot be ignored,for example,thought is not stabilized,work do not in place,cadre is the weak foundation of quality,and lack of idea of issues and so on.Therefore,cadre competition mechanism need to improve,a scientific evaluation system should be established,through strengthen mothball cadre team training and management path,the middle-level cadre team which can be suitable for the needs of the new situation should be built.
