摘要
目的 :检测MUC1和MUC2mRNA在不同组织的表达差异 ,研究MUC1和MUC2在肿瘤诊断和免疫治疗中的意义。方法 :采用了DotBlot方法检测了 6 0例不同肿瘤组织和正常组织的mRNA水平。结果 :MUC1和MUC2在腺癌 ,特别是乳腺癌和胃癌中表达明显增强 ,在正常组织和腺癌低度表达。MUC1与乳腺癌的病理分级及病理类型明显相关 ,MUC2与胃癌的病理类型明显相关。结论 :MUC1和MUC2对乳腺癌和胃癌诊断和治疗有重要意义。
Objective: To study the changes of mRNA expressions of MUC1 and MUC2 in different tumor tissues and its clinical implications. Methyods: mRNA expressions of MUC1 and MUC2 was examined by Dot-blot hybridization in 50 different tumor tissues and 10 normal tissues. Results: 1) mRNA expression of MUC1 or MUC2 in adenocarcinoma was higher than that in normal tissue or squamous cell carcinoma ( P <0.05). 2) mRNA expression of MUC1 was much higher in breast adenocarcinoma than that in normal tissue or other adenocarcinomas ( P <0.01 or 0.05). 3) mRNA expression of MUC2 was much higher in gastric adenocarcinoma than that in normal tissue ( P <0.001) or other adenocarcinomas ( P <0.001, 0.01 or 0.05). 4) mRNA expression of MUC1 had statistically significant correlation with the pathological stage and grade of breast tumor ( P <0.001). 5) mRNA expression of MUC2 had statistically significant correlation with the pathologic type of gastric cancer. Conclusion: The results suggest that MUC1 and MUC2 might be a good tumor associated antigen of breast adenocarcinoma and gastric adenocarcinoma for diagnosis and immunotherapy.
