NMP22肿瘤标志物诊断尿路上皮癌的初步评价

Evaluation of NMP22 in Detection of Urinary Tract Transitional Cell Carcinoma

目的 :探讨核基质蛋白 (NMP2 2 )对尿路上皮癌临床诊断的价值。方法 :应用酶联免疫法检测 2 8例尿路上皮癌及 4例非尿路上皮肿瘤术前尿液的NMP2 2的含量。结果 :尿路上皮癌NMP2 2的阳性率为 71.4% ,其与病理分级、分期无明显相关性 ,而尿细胞学阳性率为 32 .1% ;4例非尿路上皮癌患者尿NMP2 2含量检测结果均为阴性。结论 :尿液NMP2 2含量的测定有助于尿路上皮癌的诊断 ,且快速方便。

Objective: To assess the clinical value of NMP22 for detection of urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma. Methods: Voided urine sample of 28 cases of urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma and 4 cases of non-urinary tract carcinoma were examined using NMP22 Test Kit. Results: The sensitivity of NMP22 and cytology for urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma was 71.4% and 32.1% respectively. The level of NMP22 was not associated with the pathological grade and stage. The value of NMP22 of non-urinary tract carcinoma patients was negative. Conclusion: NMP22 Test Kit is very useful in diagnosing urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma, and it is fast and convenient.
