摘要
以N,N-二乙胺基苯酚和邻苯二甲酸酐为原料合成2-羧基-4′-二乙胺基-2′-羧基二苯甲酮,然后再与对叔丁基苯酚反应生成3-二乙胺基-7-叔丁基荧烷,通过核磁共振、红外光谱对产物进行了表征,测定了其荧光光谱。结果表明在λex=521nm处激发出现最大荧光发射波长,λem=572nm。
3-Diethylamino-7-tert-butylfluorane was synthesized via the reaction between 4-tert-butylphenol and 2-carboxyl-4′-diethylamino-2′-carboxyl benzophenone which was prepared from N,N-diethylaminophenol and phthalic anhydride.The product was characterized by IR and 1 H NMR.The fluorescence emission spectrum of the product was also determined.The results showed that there was a strong absorbance peak at 521 nm and a strong fluorescence peak at 572 nm.
