从企业价值评估出发,基于企业价值评估失真对企业战略风险进行研究,通过对战略决策风险、资源障碍风险和财务风险等造成企业战略风险的因素进行分析,找到基于企业价值评估失真的战略风险传导路径,以避免或减少企业价值评估失真对企业战略的制定和实施所带来的影响。

Based on distortion of enterprise value assessment, the enterprise strategic risk was re- searched. The factors that caused the enterprise strategic risk such as the strategic decision risks, resource obstacle risks and financial risks were analyzed based on enterprise value assessment. The distortion of the strategic risk conduction path was identified, in order to avoid or reduce the distortion of enterprise value assessment of enterprises strategy formulation and implementation.
