The General Planning of Industrial Towns in North Shaanxi Based on an Overall View of Urban-rural Development

为适应城乡发展的新趋势,以城乡统筹新发展观为指导,对城乡关系进行重新思考与界定,提出城乡发展应相互协调与融合的观点,并将其应用于小城镇总体规划中,使编制小城镇总体规划的思路与时俱进,克服传统规划产生的弊端,最终把陕北工业小城镇带入一条资源消耗低、环境污染少、可持续性发展的绿色路径。

In order to keep up with the new trend of urban-rural development, the paper rethinks and redefines the urban-rural relationship based on the overall view of urban-rural development . It puts forward the application of the view that urban-rural development should be coordinated and integrated into the general planning of small towns to enable the compilation of the general planning to keep pace with the times, and eliminate defects in the traditional planning. It is hoped to lead the industrial towns in north Shaanxi in the way of low resource consumption, little environmental pollution and sustainable development.
