阴道放置米索前列醇在人工流产术后的应用

The Clinical Application of Vaginal Misoprostol on Post-Surgical Abortion

目的观察米索前列醇对人工流产术后的疗效和安全性。方法 90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组术后阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇,对照组不采用任何促进宫颈成熟的药物。观察指标:(1)子宫出血持续时间;(2)子宫出血量;(3)术后并发症。结果治疗组患者的子宫出血持续时间出血量以及发生术后并发症的机率明显少于对照组患者。结论阴道放置米索前列醇可能明显改善人工流产术后出血情况以及减小并发症发生机率,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To observe the efficiency and safety of vaginal misoprostol on post - surgical abortion. Meth- ods 90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with misoprostol in vaginal posterior fornix on post - surgical abortion and the control group was not treated with drugs that promote cervical ripening. Then the targets were observed as follows ： （ 1 ） the duration of blood loss. （2） the amount of blood los. （3） postoperative complications. Results The treatment group had less duration and amount of blood loss, and lower probability of postoperative complications than the control group. Conclusions The vaginal misoprostol can im- prove physical conditions after operation, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, worthy to be applied.
