摘要 近年来,随着计算机的普及应用和脑电分析技术的发展,无创脑电技术在临床麻醉中越来越受重视,其中新型的脑电监测系统麻醉/意识深度监测仪(Narcotrend)能够准确、及时反映大脑生理功能的变化。本文结合近期国内外有关文献,就Narcotrend的麻醉深度评价、临床应用和研究进展作一综述。 In recent years, with the popularization of computer applications and the development of the EEG analysis technology, non - invasive EEG technology in clinical anesthesia has caused more and more attention. The new EEG moni- toring system of Narcotrend monitor can accurately reflect the changes in the physiological functions of the brain. In combi- nation with recent relevant literatures this article reviews the evaluation on anesthetic depth, clinical application and re- search progress.
