摘要
以四川省农科院下属J药业公司为例,提出了这类事业体制下中小农业科技企业在人力资源管理上存在的问题,并给出了相应的对策建议,以期能为这类企业的管理者提供一些建设性的建议。
Taking the J company attached to Sichuan Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper presents the institution system for small and medium sized enterprise of agricultural science and technology in human resource management problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal, with a view to this kind of enterprise managers to provide some constructive suggestions.
