摘要
本文以500kvar/10kV裂芯式磁阀电抗器为背景,从电工钢片磁化曲线的基本概念出发,研究了在较大直流磁阻时的晶闸管电流/电压、二极管电流/电压波形,以及相关的各支路电流波形。根据反映电磁特性的电磁场方程,以及从试验结果反映出的现象,提出了提高晶闸管工作可靠性的基本原则。
On the background of 500 kVar/10 kV splitting magnetic-valve rector, and from the basic concept of initial magnetization curve of electrical steel-core, the waveforms for thyristor current/voltage, diode current/voltage, and different branch currents have been studied. Also in this paper, it gives the basic principles for thyristor protect according to the equations of general theory of electromagnetic field relative to electromagnetic characteristics, and the phenomena of experiment results.
