摘要
目的 旨在说明新法———离心法制得角膜胶原膜的意义。方法 鉴定分析了由猪巩膜中提取纯化的胶原并对由该胶原经离心法制得角膜胶原膜的理化生物指标进行检测与实验研究。结果 提取纯化的胶原属大量Ⅰ型及少量Ⅲ型胶原蛋白 ,离心法制得角膜胶原膜的多项理化指标可达到或优于国内外同类产品指标。
Objective To introduce the meaning of producing corneal collagen shield made by centrifugal method.Methods Collagen was extracted and purified from porcine sclera and it was identified by means of ultra violet spectrometer and SDS PAGE method.We also had examination and experimental study on physical,chemical and biologic characteristics of corneal collagen shield made by centrifugal method.Results It was demonstrated that the purified collagen had most type Ⅰ collagen and less type Ⅲ collagen.The collagen shield's many characteristics had reached or exceeded the same production of the world.Conclusion This experiment study may provide theory basis for collagen shield which is made by centrifugal method applying in clinical practice.
