摘要
目的 探讨氧自由基在原发性急性闭角型青光眼发病中的作用。方法 对 38例原发性闭角型青光眼患者采清晨空腹静脉血 5ml,用丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)试剂盒测定丙二醛水平和超氧化物歧化酶活力 ,并设健康对照组。结果 原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的MDA水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,SOD活力明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 氧自由基在原发性急性闭角型青光眼发病中起潜在促进作用 ,它通过脂质过氧化作用破坏红细胞膜 ,使其运输氧的能力下降 ,血粘度增加 ,导致微循环障碍 ,睫状体淤血、缺血、水肿、位置前移 ,从而加速了房角关闭眼压升高。
Objective To evaluate the effects of oxygen free radical on causes of primary acute angle closure glaucoma(PACG).Methods 5ml vein blood of 38 patients with PACG were extracted.Levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutas (SOD) were determined with MDA regeant box and SOD regeant box.38 normal persons were selected as control group.Results The levels of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and the activity of superoxide dismutase in PACG group were significantly different from those in the normal control group. Conclusion The factors of oxygen free radical (·O - 2) participate in the processes of the di sease coming on and become a potential pathogenesis of PACG.·O - 2 destroies red cell membranes by the function of LPO,decreases the mobility of red cell membranes and increase blood viscosity.These factors result in obstruction of miccirculation,hyperemia of ciliary,ischemia,edema and accelerate chamber angle closed.
