摘要
探讨前列腺癌微环境中DCs与各类血细胞的关系及临床预后价值.选取16例良性前列腺增生和42例前列腺癌患者的前列腺组织作为研究对象,以S-100、CD83、CD208抗体作为不同状态的DC标记物进行MaxVision法免疫组化染色和Masson染色.采用图像分析软件进行图像处理,其统计数据与患者外周血细胞计数进行统计学分析.S-100、CD83阳性细胞计数和胶原蛋白含量在前列腺增生组较前列腺癌组高(P<0.05).CD208阳性细胞计数在前列腺增生组和前列腺癌组无差异(P>0.05).S-100阳性细胞计数与Gleason评分呈负相关关系(r=-0.533,P<0.01).血小板计数在前列腺癌组较前列腺增生组高(P<0.05).单核细胞计数偏高为前列腺癌危险因素(P<0.05).各类型树突状细胞与血小板计数无直线相关关系(P>0.05).外周血各成熟类型细胞与前列腺癌微环境中DCs计数无明显相关关系.S-100标记的树突状细胞计数可能与前列腺癌患者的预后相关.更大量样本的分析有助于证实单核细胞计数与前列腺癌的发病以及S-100标记树突状细胞计数与前列腺癌的预后之间的相关性.
To investigate the relationship between dendritic cells in prostate carcinoma micoenvironment and various types blood cells and its clinical prognostic evaluation. S-100+, CD83+ and CD208+ cells were determined by immunohistochemical stain (MaxVision method) and collagen proteins were determined by Masson' s Trichrome stain in 16 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 42 cases of prostate carcinoma tissue. The amount of positive cells and collagen proteins were analyzed by image processing software. These positive cells, collagen proteins, blood cells and Gleason score were respectively dealt with the correlation analysis. S-100+, CD83+ cells and collagen proteins in benign hyperplasia of prostate tissue and prostate cancer tissue were statistically significant different (P〈0.05). CD208 cells in benign hyperplasia of prostate tissue and prostate cancer tissue were not statistically significant different (P〉0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the cell index of S-100+DCs and Gleason score in prostate cancer (r=-0.533, P〈0.01).Platelet count was significantly different between group of benign hyperplasia of prostate and group of prostate cancer (P〈0.05). High count of mononuclear cells was possiblely a risk factor of prostate cancer (P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between the positive cells marked by different antibodies and the blood cells (P〉0.05). Various dendritic cells count in prostate tissue and various types blood cells count was uncorrelated. That S-100 positive cells count was correlated with Gleason score in the prostate carcinoma might have relation with prognosis in prostate carcinoma. The analysis of a large number of samples would help to confirm the correlation between monocyte cells count and the risk of prostate cancer as well as the correlation between the S-100 positive dendritic cells count and the prognosis of prostate carcinoma.
