摘要 人蛋白酶活化受体1(PAR-1)是蛋白酶活化受体家族的成员之一.它活化方式特殊,生物学功能广泛.已经证实PAR-1在黑色素瘤、乳腺癌、胃癌、鼻咽癌、前列腺癌癌旁间质、肝癌、结肠癌等组织中表达上调,在肿瘤细胞的增殖和转移过程中发挥重要作用,可作为患者临床病理分期及预后的标志物. Protease-activated receptor-1 (PAR-l) is a member of protease-activated receptor family. With special activation manner and various functions, PAR-1 has been verified to be up-regulated in melanoma, breast cancer, gastric cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, adjacent stroma of prostate cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer. It plays important roles in tumor proliferation and metastasis, and is regarded as a promising biomarker for clinical pathological staging and prognosis in various malignancies.
