摘要
运用"系统集成"的思路和方法有助于促进企业产业链的差异化发展。系统集成通过不同技术和过程的耦合匹配,使系统的总体性能提高,实现向"系统"要资源、要效益,实现"1+1>2"的效果。本文通过具体案例展示了系统集成的表现方面,包括资源集成、过程集成、供需集成以及在整体产业链范围内系统优化的重要性,从制度和技术两方面提出了系统集成的保障措施,并从技术角度指出了系统集成的实施步骤。
The idea of ＂system integration＂ will facilitate the industry chain differentiation strategy for enterprises. By integrating different technologies and processes, ＂system integration＂ can improve the whole system＇s performances and realize the effect of ＂1 ＋ 1 〉2＂. The paper explains the dimensions of ＂system integration＂ through specific examples, including of resource integration, process integration, supply-demand integration and the importance of taking the whole industry chain as optimization scope. It proposes the guar- antee measures of system integration from both mechanism and technology aspects, and key implement steps from the technology aspect.
