葡萄糖酸钠和苯甲酸钠体系与锌盐、镧盐对Z30铸铁片的缓蚀协同研究 被引量:5

Synergistic Inhibition Effect of Sodium Gluconate and Sodium Benzoate with Zn^(2+) and La^(3+) on Z30 Cast Iron

摘要 采用失重法研究了复配葡萄糖酸钠、苯甲酸钠与硫酸锌、硝酸镧可溶性盐在pH值为6.5的3.5%NaCl溶液中对Z30铸铁片的缓蚀效应.结果表明当葡萄糖酸钠、苯甲酸钠的浓度均为250 mg/L,Zn2+浓度分别为2 mmol/L与3 mmol/L时,缓蚀率高达92.5%与95.3%,而加入La3+浓度为0.5 mmol/L时,缓蚀率可达86.7%. The synergistic inhibition effect of sodium gluconate and sodium benzoate with Zn2 +and La3+respectively on cast iron Z30 in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by means of mass loss method.The results showed that the complex of sodium gluconate and sodium benzoate with additives of Zn2+ and La3 +exhibited good synergistic inhibition effect and the inhibition efficiencies reach 92.5%and 95.3% when the concentration of sodium gluconate and sodium benzoate both was 250 mg/L,while the concentrations of Zn2 + were 2 mmol/L and 3 mmol/L,respectively.On the other hand,an inhibition efficiency of 86.7% was achieved for the complex with 0.5 mmol/L La3+.
