摘要
在脉冲电场下对铝阳极氧化膜表面进行了铈盐封闭.结果表明,脉冲封闭2 h后,孔洞基本封上,说明此工艺具有较好的封闭效果.对封闭后的阳极氧化膜表面进行XPS元素分析发现,铈元素在表面存在形式为三价或四价的氧化物和氢氧化物.
The morphology and composition of the anodic film of aluminum,which was sealed in cerium salt solution by pulse power,have been characterized by SEM and XPS.The results showed that after 2 h treatment,the anodic film was completely sealed and consisted of mixture of trivalence and quadrivalence Ce oxide and Ce hydroxide.
