基于AHP方法的苏通大桥应急疏散路径选择 被引量:1

摘要 为了应对突发事件对交通运营造成的影响,必须建立突发事件的交通疏散预案。以苏通大桥为例,根据应急疏散的特点,分析了应急路径选择环节中的各种影响因素,选取平均疏散距离、路网基础设施建设、疏散路网的服务水平、疏散平均等待时间4大因素作为影响应急路径选择的决策属性,应用层次分析法进行权重分配。根据在最短时间内疏散的流量最大的目标,建立数学模型,运用Lingo分析运算,得到了路径选择方案。该研究可帮助应急调度中心提供科学的车辆线路调度决策,从而提高应急救援工作的响应能力。 In order to cope with the impacts of emergency incidents on traffic operations, it is necessary to establish an emergency evacuation pre-plan for traffic incidents. Taken Sutong Bridge for example, according to the characteristics of emergency evacuation, we analysed various factors which affect emergency routing. Chosen average evacuation distance, road network infrastructure construction, evacuation road network level of service and average waiting time for evacuation as the decision-making attributes of emergency routing, we used the analytic hierarchy process for weight distribution. For the target of the minimum cost and the max volume for optimization, we found the mathematical model and used Lingo analysis algorithm to get the routing scheme. This research could help emergency dispatch center to provide decision-making of a scientific vehicle line scheduling, and improve the response capacity of emergency relief work.
