摘要
以适应某型航空发动机功能要求设计的附件机匣为研究对象,将国内外先进设计理念融入结构设计和强度分析中。采用高可靠性结构设计方法进行齿轮、轴承等重要传动部件设计;分析了齿轮疲劳强度,考虑了壳体、轴的实际刚度对齿轮疲劳强度的影响,使分析结果更接近真实情况。该附件机匣随发动机累计试车超过300 h仍工作状态良好,表明其结构设计合理,能够满足发动机附件传动功能要求。
To meet the function requirement for an aeroengine, the structural design and strength analysis of accessory gearbox system were carried through the domestic and international advanced design theory. The important transmission parts including the gear and bearing were designed by the high reliability structure design method. The gear tooth fatigue strength was analyzed detailedly and the effect of the real stiffness of case and shaft on the gear fatigue strength was considered, and the result was close to the reality, The system work well after more than 300 hours engine test. The results indicate that the accessory gearbox has reasonable structure design and meet the transmission functions.
