摘要
对 42名婴儿的脐血于免疫前及免疫后跟踪测定了脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )抗体。结果显示 :大多数婴儿血清中携带有母体 3个型的脊灰抗体 ,阳性率达 88 10 %~ 90 48% ,几何平均滴度 (GMT)为 1∶8 67~ 1∶2 1 5 3。母亲脊灰抗体水平的高低直接影响婴儿胎传抗体水平 ,母亲抗体滴度越高 ,婴儿滴度亦越高 ,两者呈正相关。 5 0 %左右婴儿胎传抗体在 2月龄时已降至阳性值以下 ,其余的也降至较低水平 ,选择此时进行口服脊灰疫苗全程免疫成功率可达 10 0 %
We tested poliomyelitis antibody of 42 newborn babies from the sera of umbilical cord, the babies before immunization and after that were followed up. As a result, most of the newborn babies had three types of viviparous poliomyelitis antibody in their sera, the positive rate was 88.10%~90.48% and GMT was 1:8.67~1:21.53. Besides, the poliomyelitis antibody levels of their mothers directly affected that of the newborn babies, the more the antibody the mothers had, the more the babies had, they were positively correlated. The viviparous poliomyelitis antibody of 50% newborn babies markedly descended below the positive level at the time of 2 months, the others descended to lower level too. At this time, it is very critical to carry out the full course immunization of polio vaccine that may greatly improve the poliomyelitis antibody level, the successful rate of this immunization may reach 100 percent.
