高职教育二三三人才培养模式及其专业实践范式的构建与实践

233 Training Model of Higher Vocational Education and the Construction and Practice of Specialty Practice Paradigm

摘要 我校根据办学实际和经济社会发展要求,探索构建了"二三三人才培养模式",在专业建设中取得了明显成效和发挥了示范作用。比如模具设计与制造特色专业的"3×1"专业人才培养模式、印刷技术专业的"四方联动、全程共育"的专业人才培养模式、酒店管理专业探索并实践了"国际化标准、多元化合作、一体化教学"的专业人才培养模式等,都较好地推进了教学改革和课程建设。 According to the actual education of Yunnan Radio and TV University and the needs of economic and social development, "233 Training Model" is explored and built, which achieves remarkable results and plays an exemplary role in the specialty construction. "3 × 1" training model of mold design and manufacturing specialty, "four- direction linkage, entire teaching" training model of printing technology speciahy and "international standard, diversified cooperation, integrated teaching" training model of hotel management specialty are examples that all promote the reform of education and the construction of curriculum.
