冠心舒通胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Curative effect of guanxinshutong capsule on stable angina pectoris

目的观察冠心舒通胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法入选120例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为冠心舒通胶囊组(治疗组)和对照组,每组各60例。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组口服冠心舒通胶囊3粒,每日3次;对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯片20 mg,每日2次,共治疗6周,观察两组患者心绞痛、心电图的临床疗效以及不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较:心绞痛治疗总有效率分别为85.5%和64.5%(P<0.05);心电图治疗总有效率分别为71.7%和47.5%(P<0.05);头痛不良反应发生率分别为5.0%和20.0%(P<0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊治疗冠心痛稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效肯定,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Obiective To investigate the curative effect of Guanxinshutong capsule on treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods Totally 120 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases for each. The patients in the treatment group were given guanxinshutong capsule（ p. o ,3 pills, t. i. d）. The patients in the control group were given ISMN （Isosorbide Mononitrate） tablet（ p. o,20mg,q, i. d）. Duration of treatment of both group was six weeks. The patients＇ chnical effect was inveustigated on angina pectori and ECG and the ADRs. Results The total effective rate in treatment of angina pectori was 85.5% and 64.5% respectively in the two groups （P 〈0.05） ;the total effective rates in treatment of ECG were 71.7%and 47.5% （P 〈0.05） ;the incidence rates of headache were 5.0% and 20.0% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of Guanxinshutong capsule on treatment of stable angina pectoris was confirmed and the incidence rate of ADRs was low, which was worthy of wide application.
