<110>择优取向Tb_(0.29)Dy_(0.51)Ho_(0.2)Fe_(1.95)合金棒的均匀性

摘要 采用区熔定向凝固技术,先采用30mm/h的低生长速度,然后生长速度调为240mm/h,制备具有择优取向的Tb0.29Dy0.51Ho0.2Fe1.95合金棒,测试了经定向凝固样品上部、中部、下部三个部位的轴向择优取向和磁致伸缩性能。研究结果表明,以240mm/h的生长速度,稳定生长工艺制备的80mm长TbDyHoFe合金棒,在全部长度内均为<110>择优取向,并且在其稳定生长的绝大部分长度内,整体具有均匀一致的择优取向。样品整体具有较强的压力效应,磁致伸缩性能很好,整体性能基本均匀。 (110) oriented Tb0.29Dy0.51Ho0.2Fe1.95 alloy rods have been Prepared by zone melting unidirectional solidification method. The preferred orientations and magnetostrietions of different sections of the rods have been investigated by XRD and standard strain gauge at room temperature, respectively. It was indicated from research result that the Tb0.29Dy0.51Ho0.2Fe1.95 alloy rods prepared by velocity of 240mm/h has unanimous 〈110〉 crystal orientation within the length of 80ram. The 〈110〉 oriented Tb0.29Dy0.51Ho0.2Fe1.95 alloy rods have the character of giant magnetostrietive, and "jump effect" was found within the length of alloy red. The Tb0.29Dy0.51Ho0.2Fe1.95 alloy reds have uniformity of crystal orientation and magnetostrietive .
