摘要
开放化、专业化、一体化、大学化已成为教师教育的现实格局。教师教育大学化导致一些高校内部组织机构职能边缘化,专业培养目标偏离,教师教育专业学科定位失准,大学教师职业路径困惑,传统培养模式受到挑战。建立相对独立的教师教育机构体制,完善教师教育学科专业架构,明确大学教师学术职业和教师职业的双重标准,建立教师教育发展平台是大学化逻辑中发展教师教育的有效举措。
Opening, professionalization, integration and universitization have become a realistic pat- tern of teacher education. In some universities universitization leads to marginalization of the functions of the internal organizations, deviation of professional training objectives, misalignment of discipline orientation, confusion of university teachers' career path, and challenge from traditional training model. The effective measures of developing teacher education in universitization logic are to set up relatively independent teacher education system, promote teacher education discipline structure, definite teacher professional double standards, and set up development platforms of teacher education.
