摘要
提出了金刚石 -岩石摩擦付的概念 ,认为应用摩擦学理论来研究岩石破碎和钻进过程。根据岩石破碎比功评价法 ,提出了利用轴压P、钻头转速V或钻头每分钟转数n的乘积 ,即功率N =PV或N =Pn 来研究钻探工艺规律性 ,认为“轻压、快转、充足水量”符合这个规律性。
The concept of diamond-rock friction couple is proposed according to very small exposure of diamond from matrix in impregnated bit ,and the analysis and research on drilling process shoud be made with the concept.The product of bit weight and rotary speed is power expenditure,which has a critical value under given conditions for normal drilling.ln mathematics PV=constant is a hyperbola,and an experince of “less bit weight,more rotary speed (and enough volume fluid)”,summarized more than ten years ago,is one of the points at the curve,therefore correct.
