摘要
金刚石表面化学镀Ni—W—P后 ,再化学复合镀Ni—Ti(粉 )—Re(稀土 ) ,能明显提高金刚石表面强碳化物元素的沉积 ,有利于生成WC—TiC薄膜 ,提高金刚石同胎体合金的联结强度 ,达到提高金刚石工具的性能的目的。
Chemo-Plating Ni—W—P on the surface of diamond, then composite chemo-plating Ni—Ti (powder)-Re can obviously increase the deposition of carbide on surface of diamond, which is helpful to the formation of WC-TiC membrane and enhance the binding strength of diamond and matrix, then achieve the improvement of diamond tools' performance.
