供应链提前期风险空间传递机理与控制策略

Lead-time Risk Transfer Mechanism and Control Policies in Supply Chain

针对供应链结构特性,本文分析了供应链提前期风险在链状供应链上的空间传递机理;根据风险因素作用的特点,将提前期风险划分为节点企业自身提前期风险、物流延期风险和传递风险。在此基础上,构建了供应链提前期风险空间传递模型和供应链提前期风险控制机理框架,并提出了关键的控制策略;最后通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性。

By analyzing the structure of supply chain,this paper investigates the lead-time risk transfer mechanism in a serial supply chain.The lead-tine risks are decomposed into the risk caused by node enterprise itself,the logistics postponement risk and the transfer risk according to the action features of the risk factors.Then,the lead-time risk transfer model and lead-time risk transfer control framework model are put forward.Based on those models,some key policies are proposed to optimize the performance of the supply chain.Finally,a numerical computation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of both the models and the risk control policies.
