This paper that is bound up with the development of the query system of GITNET IP flow's fee, introduces a method of dynamic database application based on Web with IDC (Internet Database Connector). The principle of this method, OBDC Data Source Name configuration, user authentication, structure and design of IDC script file and HTML template file are described in detail. The application scope of this method is analyzed too.
