摘要
根据国际学术界相关文献 ,总结出大公司空间扩张中 ,具有接触扩散和等级扩散两规律。但以中国为例的实例研究表明 ,中国特殊的体制和文化背景 ,影响公司扩张 ,除呈现这些规律外 ,作者提出了通道扩张的假说。
This paper reviewed literature on relevant studies and summarized two theories on locational evolution of large companies: contagious diffusion and hierarchy diffusion. Some company cases were then provided to test the general trends. Results shown that China's special cultural and political background prevents companies from following the general rules. Based on China's situations, the authors suggested a new theory: cannel diffusion in locational evolution of large company expansion.
