Land Use and Regional Sustainable Development

合理的土地利用是实现区域可持续发展的技术手段之一 ,其中涉及土地使用制度、城镇用地规模、耕地保护及土地管理等主要问题 ,文章分别探讨各个问题的存在矛盾 。

Reasonable land use is one of the key methods to realize the regional sustainable development. Along with population, environment and other resources, land is an essential factor to the sustainable development, the situation of land use casts an enormous effect on regional development. Therefore, with rational land use system, the capacity of sustainable development of a region can be greatly increased. The paper probes into four main branches in land use such as land use solvent system, land use scale in towns, protection of cultivated land and land use management, trying to put forward some measures to optimize the regional sustainable development.
