尼古丁诱导人气道成纤维细胞向肌成纤维细胞转分化 被引量:2

摘要 吸娴是COPD的主要致病因素,气道承塑足COPD患者出现持续气流受限的主要病理基础。尼古丁占炯革生物碱总量的95%以上,尼古丁对COPD发病,特别是对气道曩塑有着重要影响。
