摘要
经过20年的MBA、EMBA以学历为导向的企业高级管理者(企业家)的教育与培训的热潮之后,针对企业面临的新的生存与发展环境,商学院和培训机构都应分析和总结培训的经验和教训,科学分析和把握企业家的培训需求,并在此基础上创新培训理念,学习、消化和吸收发达国家成熟的培训项目,开发以解决问题为导向的EDP项目,为企业家创造培训价值。
It's been twenty year to chase MBA and EMBA degree oriented education for corporate executives. Business schools and training program providers should now summarize what learnt from past experiences and mistakes, analyze training needs from corporate leaders to create new training models that are based on new challenging and developing environment that companies face. They shall also be innovative by learning and digesting matured training programs from developed countries to create EDP aimed for solving problems and adding training value to business executives.
