摘要
通过实证研究,了解和掌握上海国有企业党建工作的覆盖面和有效性两方面的基本情况;可以深入地探讨相关问题,并为进一步增强国有企业党建工作的有效性提出相关建议。
On the basis of the empirical research, the purpose of this study is to describe the objective situation on coverage and enhancement of the effectiveness of Party Construction in Shanghai＇s enterprises, and find out the problems. Meanwhile, present some suggestions on the issue.
