推进主食产业化促进中原经济区“三化”协调发展

PROMOTING STAPLE FOOD INDUSTRIALIZATION AND THE COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF URBANIZATION,INDUSTRIAL AND AGRICULTURAL MODERNIZATION FOR CENTRAL PLAINS ECONOMIC ZONE

认为传统工业化发展面临的问题、城市化发展面临的各方面的制约和传统农业发展模式的困境,要求"三化"协调发展。促进"三化"协调发展,是我国经济社会发展的内在需求。河南独有的优势资源是农业资源,应引进前沿学科技术和现代工业手段,拓展农业资源开发的深度和广度。从主食产业化是利用现代科技加快农业资源转化的典范等角度,阐述了深化对农业资源的认识和开发,对推进"三化"协调发展的重要作用。主张以主食产业化的全面发展,促进农业现代化的建设以及整体的农业资源开发体系的建立,实现现代工业的优化升级;以主食产业化为代表的农业资源应用产业的形成,对于新型城镇化的推进,也有重要的作用等观点。

The paper holds that the traditional problems faced by industrial development, the constraints facing the development of urbanization and the plight of the traditional agricultural development model require a coor- dinated development of urbanization, industrial and agricultural modernization, which is the internal demand for China＇s economic and social development. Agricultural resources are the unique advantageous resources in Henan Province. Therefore Henan should introduce frontier technology and modem industrial means to expand the depth and breadth of the agricultural resource development. The paper expounds the importance of deepe- ning the understanding and development of agricultural resources to promoting the coordinated development of urbanization, industrial and agricultural modernization from perspectives of making use of modern technology in quickening the transforming of agricultural resources. The paper advocates the comprehensive development of staple food industrialization to promote agricultural modernization, the establishment of the overall development of agricultural resources and optimization and upgrading of modem industry. The formation of agricultural resource application represented by staple food industrialization plays an important role in pushing forward new urbanization.
