摘要
通过对高校学生管理工作满意度调查,分析学生管理中的人本缺失状况及其内在原因,为高校学生管理坚持以人为本提供依据。
The paper analyzes the causes for the shortage of personnel for managing college students according to a survey of students" satisfaction with the management in universities. It provides the basis for persisting in people -oriented approach to managing college students.
