摘要 根据抑菌圈的大小,测定不同化学消毒剂对不同细菌的抑菌作用。采用滤纸片法测定消毒剂的抑菌作用,菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌。质量分数0.25%新洁尔灭对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用最强;龙胆紫对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用次之,并随浓度的增加抑制作用增强;质量分数5%苯酚、体积浓度75%乙醇的抑制作用较弱;无水乙醇抑制作用最弱。同一浓度的龙胆紫、新洁尔灭、质量分数5%苯酚和体积浓度75%乙醇对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用比大肠杆菌强;无水乙醇对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用无明显区别。 According to the diameter of antibacterial circle, the inhibitions of different kinds of disinfectant on bacteria were performed by filter paper method. Concerning escherichiacoli and staphylococcus aureus, 0.25% bromogeramine solution has the strongest inhibition. Aldrich mixture has the stronger and the higher the concentration was, the more significant the inhibition was. 5% phenol has the weak inhibition. 75% ethanol has the weaker inhibition. Ethanol absolute has the weakest inhibition. Bromogeramine solution, Aldrich mixture, 5% phenol, and 75% ethanol have the stronger inhibition against staphylococcus aureus than E coli. There was no significant difference of the inhibition of Ethanol absolute against staphylococcus aureus and E coli.
