先进的交通信息系统及其在乌鲁木齐市发展现状

Advanced Transportation Information System and Its Current Situation in Urumqi

先进的交通信息系统是缓解交通拥堵及减少尾气排放的有效手段。在介绍交通信息分类,先进的交通信息系统基本构成,出行者、交通管理者及规划部门对交通信息需求的基础上,对乌鲁木齐市先进的交通信息系统的信息采集、信息处理、信息发布三个子系统的发展现状进行了分析,提出了在先进的交通信息系统发展中存在信息未能完全共享、信息处理系统不完善,以及缺乏针对出行者发布交通信息手段等问题,为乌鲁木齐市先进的交通信息系统的发展提出了建设性建议。

Advanced Transportation Information System （ATIS） is an effective method to relieve the congestion and reduce the emission. This study makes analysis of the current situation of the three sub-systems about information collection, processing and distribution of Urumqi＇s ATIS on the basis of the classification of transportation information, the basic structure of ATIS and the transportation information demands of travelers, administrators and planning sections. This study points out the problems existed during the development of Urumqi＇s ATIS such as incomplete sharing of informmion, the imperfect information processing system and lack of traveler oriented transportation information distribution, providing constructive suggestions for the development of Urumqi＇s ATIS.
