Analysis and proposals for the topic of the National Structure Design Competition for College Students

全国大学生结构设计竞赛每年举办一次,其在大学生科技类比赛中的作用越发明显,该赛事对土木建筑类大学生创新能力、工程实践能力及综合运用能力培养有着无法替代的价值。文章通过对历届全国大学生结构设计竞赛赛题的分析与探讨,指出其赛题内容及组织工作尚需完善之处,对未来结构设计大赛的发展方向提出了几点思考和建议。

The National Structure Design Competition for College Students, held up one time a year, is one of the most influential competitions among college students. It has great impacts on the formation of students＇ innovation awareness, practical capacity, and flexibility on linking cross-discipline. We elaborated on the weakness and several limits of the structure design competition by analyzing the subject and requirement of all the past contests. Additionally, suggestions were presented for future competitions.
