技能竞赛在提高培养质量、彰显办学特色、推进学生就业、提高学校知名度等方面的重要性已逐渐为各高等职业院校所认识。针对原来技能竞赛的管理现状，我院在充分调研的基础上，成立了技能竞赛领导小组，制定了相关管理办法，搭建了相应平台，建立起了相对完善的技能竞赛管理体系。

Skill competition is very important when improving the education quality, demonstrating the feature of the school, enhancing students＇ job--seeking, and making the school known. This has become a common sense among the vocational schools. Against the administration situation, on the basis of adequate investigation, a leading group for skill--competition has been set up in our institute, and relevant plant has been setup and some regulations have been made. So a relatively perfect administration system has been set up.
