摘要
气井加砂压裂后出砂—支撑剂回流是目前困扰克拉美丽气田正常开发的难题之一,共有滴西18、DXHW144、DX1827等3口气井出现了支撑剂回流现象。首先分析了克拉美丽气田气井出砂情况,总结了出砂规律,即前期出砂量较大,井口设备和地面管线被迅速刺坏;后期出砂量变小,井口设备和地面管线被刺坏的周期变长;然后通过对压裂施工、退液情况、生产情况、压裂液、压裂曲线、砂面测量等各种影响因素的综合分析,认为气井的支撑剂回流是由压裂砂堵造成了井底沉砂,掩埋了射孔孔眼及以下管柱,在退液和生产阶段随着液体和气体的排出,堆积在井底的支撑剂被携带出来;最后提出了具体的加砂压裂防治出砂的措施。
Kelameili Gas Field suffered from a sanding - proppant reflux in producing the gas fields of Di Xi18, DXHW144 and DX1827.Under such a circumstance,this paper provides an explanation of the sanding which incurred during the course of producing Kelameili Gas Field,and then a conclusion was reached that the wellhead equipment and surface pipeline were subjected to a rapid breaking under a voluminous sanding during the earlier stage compared with the less volume of sanding and a longer recycle of breaking during the later stage. Furthermore,an explanation was put forward to complete the analysis that it was the sand plug of fracturing that led to the proppant reflux due to the sand settling down in the bottom of the well to cover the perforations and string below.In addition,the proppant settling down in the bottom of well was(tarried out during the course of fluid withdrawal and production with the discharging of fluid and gas.\n the end,this paper discusses a measure for preventing the sand fracturing from sanding.
